PPP / Projects

Responsible for developing, EOIs, RFPs, managing contracts and PPP concession. Lead the development, structuring and delivery of PPP projects.

• Coordinate with the in-house Engineering and Contracts teams to develop technical plans and infrastructure requirements for project development.
• Estimate capital costs based on current market information and coordinate with the in-house Engineering and Contracts teams for validation.
• Coordinate with the Contracts team to develop Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), evaluate bids, Public-Private Partnership (PPP) concessions, and manage other procurement- related activities for project implementation.
• Review technical and commercial proposals received from potential private partners and development agencies.
• Coordinate with the Engineering team to review technical designs and specifications received as part of the EOI/proposal from a commercial perspective.
• Provide regular updates to the internal procurement committee and senior management on the EOIs and proposals received, covering both technical and commercial aspects.
• Prepare contracts and concession agreements and identify private partners for the logistics sector in the context of PPP projects.

• Civil/Electrical/Mechanical engineering
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

• BE/ B.Tech. in Civil/Electrical/ Mechanical engineering or its equivalent
• Master’s degree in Business Management will be preferred
• Knowledge of Public-Private Policy will be preferred
• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience
