Digital Projects

Responsible for digital, Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) and digital initiatives in logistics sector. Responsible for collecting, analyzing and applying data to improve revenue potential.

• Collaborate with internal GPLCL teams and external government departments to implement various identified digital projects
• Provide updates to senior management and higher authorities on the progress of implementation, including detailed explanations for any delays
• Manage all incoming data files related to various GPLCL logistics infrastructure projects, including land
• Review data for inconsistencies or anomalies that could skew analytical results
• Engage with the leadership for the development of continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic business development objectives
• Maintain databases and conduct routine maintenance as required to ensure data integrity
• Streamline data collection and analysis procedures to facilitate fast access to metrics
• Communicate with various stakeholders regarding data changes or requirements
• Generate and review documentation for all database changes or refinements
• Make recommendations for software, hardware, and data storage upgrades

• Ability to work with large data sets
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to extrapolate conclusions from large data sets

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering or related field
• 10 years’ experience in data management or analysis
• Experience with Linux configuration, SQL databases, Perl, Python and other related applications will add advantage
