Position : 5.1' x 250 (T) from Gogha to Lighthouse.
Harbour
Structures
The concrete Jetty is 270 Meters in Length and 12.8 Meters
in width. There is no swell or current of any kind. High
tide at concrete Jetty is 22 Minutes earlier than the time
given the in tide table for Bhavnagar. Vessels that are to
berth alongside the concrete Jetty, must pass through the
Lockgate. Vessels upto 19.8 Meters width and 143.8 Meters
in length can pass through the gate but permissible draft
is only 4 Meters.

The port is well connected with the State Highway,
Bhavnagar city is about 10 kms. From the new port. Nearest international
airport is Ahmedabad. Daily air services are available between Bhavnagar and
Mumbai.
Commodities Handled:
Import: Rock Phosphate, Coal & Coke, Fertilizer,
Building Materials, Wood, Timber, Iron Scrap and Sulphur.
Export: Oil Cakes, Salt, GnOil, Scrap, Onions, Clay
and Rape Seeds.
